NorthStar Collective is an accessible community for men built around connection, conversation, community, and growth.
We believe men benefit from having spaces where they can talk openly, learn from one another, share experiences, have meaningful conversations, and build relationships beyond the usual expectations of what men’s communities are supposed to look like.
Some conversations may explore neurodivergence, mental health, relationships, communication, personal growth, work, identity, or other experiences that affect men’s lives.
Other times, we may simply get together, have a conversation, attend an event, learn something new, or enjoy each other’s company.
NorthStar isn’t about telling men how they should be.
It’s about creating a place where men can connect, explore, grow, and find their own direction.

Neurodivergence Is Welcome But It Isn't a Requirement.
NorthStar Collective is an open and accessible community for all men.
You do not need an autism, ADHD, or other neurodivergence diagnosis to participate.
Neurodivergence will be an important part of some of our conversations, but NorthStar is not exclusively a neurodivergent community.
There is room here for different experiences, different perspectives, and different ways of being a man.
