You don't need to arrive knowing whether you need professional coaching, leadership coaching, executive coaching, or something else.
We'll talk through where you are and what you're hoping to accomplish, and we'll determine the most appropriate next step together.
Coaching isn't about a coach telling you how to live or lead your life.
I'll challenge you, ask questions, offer perspectives, help you identify patterns, and work with you to develop strategies.
Ultimately, you're responsible for your decisions and actions.
The goal is to help you become more capable of navigating challenges—not dependent on your coach to make decisions for you.

Sometimes the best time to invest in your development is before a problem becomes a crisis.
